Southwestern University PHINMA Chief Executive Officer Dr. Chito B. Salazar, alongside Chief Operating Officer Ms. Cheryl Jane Chan, together with Southwestern University Medical Director Dr. Elmer Jabagat and Vice President of Hospital Operations Mr. Gerry C. Linco – proudly inaugurated its new University Clinic and Outpatient Services last July 21, 2025 with a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
This expansion marks a significant step in making accessible, quality primary care available to students, university and hospital employees, the surrounding community and to the public. The new clinic and outpatient services is a testament to SWU PHINMA’s commitment to community-centered healthcare.
