Hospital House Rules

I. VISITING POLICY. 

It is encouraged that family and friends visit our patients. However, to ensure that they also receive proper rest please follow the following guidelines:

1. Visiting Time:
   SUITE ROOM/PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE/WARD
   9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
   
   

   INTENSIVE CRITICAL CARE UNIT
   10:00 AM to 12:00 NN
   4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
   
   

2. Only 2 visitors are allowed at a time and visitors shall strictly observe the visiting hours.
3. Children below 12 year old are not allowed to visit. This is to avoid exposure to infections. Children’s companions are to properly attend to the visiting children.
4. Only (1) Watcher is allowed per patient. Watchers should have a corresponding Watcher’s Pass to gain access after visiting hours.
5. Bringing of sleeping paraphernalia is not allowed. This is for infection control purposes.
6. . Smoking & drinking alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hospital.
7. Visitors & watchers are expected to remain in the room they are visiting and to refrain from making loud noises.

II. SECURITY. 

It is the hospital’s responsibility to ensure the security and safety of its patients, visitors doctors, and employees. Please observe the following:

1. All are to present themselves to a security check upon entering the hospital premises.
2. Patient, watchers & visitors are encouraged not to bring large amounts of cash, jewelry or other valuable or plug-in appliances such as hair-driers, electric razors, etc. The Hospital shall not be liable for any loss of personal belongings and valuables.
3. Certain areas of the hospital are under video surveillance. This is for the protection of patients, visitors, employees and property.
4. Please read carefully the Emergency Evacuation Plan. This is to direct you to the nearest Fire Exit in case of emergency.

III. MEALS.

Patient meals are prepared according to a general menu or specific doctor’s request. These are prepared by the Hospital Dietary and placed in individual Bento Boxes. Kindly refer to the following meal hours:

MEAL DISTRIBUTION 

Breakfast 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM 8:00 AM
Lunch 10:30 AM to 12:00 NN 12:30 NN
Dinner 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM 6:00 PM

BENTO BOX COLLECTION

Breakfast – 08:00 AM
Lunch – 12:30 NN
Dinner – 06:00 PM

1. Each patient is assigned one (1) Bento Box, henceforth its collection is to be strictly observed. Any leftovers food may be transferred to a personal container.
2. Any damaged Bento Box shall be for the account of the patient.

IV. BUSINESS HOURS. 

The Hospital Business Center is available to serve you:

1. Business Hours:
   BILLING SECTION – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No Noon Break)
   CASHIER SECTION – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No Noon Break)
   ACCOUNTING OFFICE – 8:00 AM to 12 NN | 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
2. Please settle your bill at the Cashier Section. Kindly proceed to the INFORMATION COUNTER for any billing/cashier concerns after 5:00 PM.
3. Room Charge is on a 24 hour basis which starts at the time of admission. There is an automatic one(1) day charge for any excess hours.
4. Discharge processing time shall be from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM every day. The patient may discharged until 9:00 PM.

V. OTHER SERVICES:

1. PHARMACY – The Pharmacy is open 24 hours all day of the week. It is located on the Ground Floor, Building 2 of the hospital.
2. ATM Machine – An ATM machine is available for Bancnet card holders. It is located at the the Ground Floor Lobby, Building 1.
